2. Perfect Host
上海華爾道夫酒店,Nelson Bernades
在實(shí)施禁酒令期間,Raffael “Pappy” Valiente,一個(gè)在古巴為百加得工作的人做為主人在公司著名百加得大樓里宴請(qǐng)那些喝酒的人。受到這個(gè)人物的啟發(fā),這款風(fēng)味大吉利讓Bernades在2013年英國(guó)百加得傳世雞尾酒大賽決賽中贏得了一席之地。
·50ml 百加得超級(jí)朗姆酒
·25ml 青檸汁
·20ml 蘋果汁
·17.5ml 糖漿
·15ml 蛋清
·新鮮的西芹和羅勒
在搖壺底部搗碎西芹,加入其他原料,干搖,再加冰搖晃。雙重濾入一個(gè)飛碟杯,以研磨過的黑胡椒裝飾

Nelson Bernades at Waldorf Astoria, Shanghai
Inspired by Raffael “Pappy” Valiente who worked for Bacardi in Cuba during Prohibition and played host to drinkers at the company’s famous Edificio Bacardi, this savoury daiquiri earned Bernades a spot in the UK Bacardi Legacy Cocktail Competition finals in 2013.
·50ml Bacardi Superior
·25ml Lime juice
·20ml Apple juice
·17.5ml Gomme syrup
·15ml Egg white
·Fresh celery and basil
Muddle the celery in the bottom of the shaker; add ingredients and dry shake. Shake again with ice. Double strain into a chilled coupette and garnish with ground black pepper.
